At AMHA, we recognize your security concerns...and we address them. In 1996, AMHA began installing state-of-the-art video monitoring equipment throughout the common areas of our residences. Cameras have been placed in elevators, halls, parking areas and more. These cameras feed monitors that are watched 24 hours a day by our professional security staff. Additionally, in some buildings, a television cable channel has access to the security cameras, allowing residents to actively participate in the security of the community.

Recent improvements include the installation of new doors featuring electronic security in many of the areas we manage. These doors use electronic key fobs which eliminate the unauthorized duplication of keys. Security lighting and fencing around all areas is being improved.
